Naturally given what we do, our values are core to the work we do at Elvie, and inform all our decisions, from who we choose to work with down to the font on this website.
Radical Honesty.
At Elvie we ask all our clients to come to the work ready to engage in critical reflection, and this we also ask of ourselves. This process, essential to operating as an ethical business, can only work if we are also willing to engage in radical honesty.
While we must be radically honest about our own business practices, we are also committed to offering the same to our clients, so you might need to be prepared to sit with some discomfort! Radical honesty is what is required to run a business ethically, and in that we are no different from any other.
Intersectionality.
Elvie is at heart a feminist organisation, so if that bothers you, you can exit the page now!
Having intersectionality as a value means we understand how all forms of inequality intersect to create unique circumstances for different people, and we are committed to ensuring our work never contributes to these inequalities, and actively seeks to undo them.
This value might seem a bit out of place for a small consulting business, but if you work with us, you will see what it looks like in practice.

While our work is sometimes serious, that doesn’t mean we always have to be!
We believe that work can and should be a place of connection and fun, alongside the day-to-day tasks we have to complete.
