Our Values-Led Business program works with you and your team to identify what your core organisational values are, and how these can be used to move your business in the direction you want it to go.
Transformational or feminist leadership is an approach that prioritises the wellbeing of your staff, and aims to create a safe and enjoyable working environment for the whole team.
In this workshop we explore how a transformational leadership approach can be applied in your business, and give you the tools to do it.

Businesses are actors in our communities, and we can make choices within our business practice to ensure our impact is a positive one.
Our Ethical Business Program dives deeper into the operations of your business to see how you are balancing the three Ps of the triple bottom line: profit, people and planet.
Our pricing structure is indicative based on the size of your business, the services you are wanting to engage, and for workshops, the number of participants you are planning to have participate.
But we love transparency! So in the interests of, see below an indicative pricing structure for our basic services.
All prices are in AUD. Where possible we love to deliver these workshops in person, but all services can also be fully delivered remotely.
Of course all our packages and pricing will be tailored to your business and the services you are after, and we know cash flow can be tricky, so we have payment plans available as well.
