Transformational Leadership.

Transformational or feminist leadership is an approach that prioritises the wellbeing of your staff, and aims to create a safe and enjoyable working environment for the whole team.

 In this workshop we explore how a transformational leadership approach might be applied in your business, and give you the tools to do it. 

This workshop is mainly for organisational leaders, and we encourage you to bring any ongoing management challenges to the space to see how a transformational leadership perspective might help to solve them.

What does it look like?

  • Pre-workshop survey and discussion about the staffing structure of your business, so we can understand your unique challenges and potential.

  • Half-day workshop with leadership on the core principles of transformational leadership, and how these might be applied in your business.

  • Development of draft Team Agreement ready for consultation with staff.

  • Ongoing management support is also available.
