Values-led Business Program
It doesn’t matter the size of your business, knowing your values and being guided by them is always beneficial.
Our Values-Led Business program works with you and your team to identify what your core organisational values are, and how these can be used to move your business in the direction you want it to go.
We get to know your business in-depth and identify areas where these values can be put into practice, and how you can best communicate them to your market.
What does it look like?
The time commitment required for the Values-led Business Program will differ depending on the size of your team and how many staff you would like to participate, but the key elements are:
· Pre-workshop survey and discussion with leadership to help us understand how your business operates.
· Two-hour workshop with team to identify values and develop a draft mission statement.
· Final values and mission statements presented to leadership.
· Action plan for how to implement values within the business presented to leadership.
· Ongoing support to implement your action plan is also available.
